Accepting new clients in NY, NJ, MA, CT and FL.

Emily is an MSW graduate student at Columbia University with a passion for supporting adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, and life transitions. She is especially dedicated to working with LGBTQ+ youth, providing an affirming, inclusive space where clients can feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.

Her clinical approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, strengths-based practice, and motivational interviewing. Emily’s style is collaborative and grounded, focused on building trust and creating manageable, meaningful goals that align with each client’s unique needs and values.

What sets Emily apart is her ability to meet clients exactly where they are. She believes real progress happens when people feel heard and respected, not rushed or judged. Emily empowers clients to recognize their existing strengths, gain insight into their challenges, and move forward with clarity and confidence. Her goal is to help clients better understand themselves, build on what’s already working, and move toward change that feels sustainable and empowering.
