Felecia Farrell, LCSW, RYT  (she/her)

Founder & Clinical Director

Licensed in NY, NJ, MA, CT and FL.

Felecia Farrell, LCSW, RYT  is a psychotherapist, professor, yoga instructor, and founder of Alline Therapy - a group practice with clients and therapists around the world dedicated to helping all people align their lives and build a new path forward.

Before receiving her master's degree from Columbia University in Advanced Clinical Social Work, she attended Williams College in Massachusetts.

On her own healing journey, the practice of yoga helped her find balance between mind and body. In 2017, she completed her 200-hour yoga instructor training and began teaching yoga classes throughout New York City.

Felecia is committed to helping clients increase their authentic self-expression and improve communication skills so that they can foster meaningful relationships with themselves and with others.

She practices from a trauma-informed perspective and racial equity lens and understands each client is an intersection of the various identities they are balancing (e.g. race, gender, sexuality, culture). She has specialized training in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, which she combines with other modalities to help clients actualize a deeper sense of self-awareness.

Felecia is currently an active faculty member at Columbia University, teaching graduate students foundational skills for the practical application of therapeutic techniques.

When she's not teaching classes at Columbia,  leading workshops, or supporting clinicians at Alline, you can find her on long runs throughout New York or rolling out her mat to dive deeper into her yoga practice.
