Nataly Beltre (she/her)
Clinical MSW Canditate
Accepting new clients in NY, NJ, MA, CT and FL.
As a therapist-in-training, I work with individuals from all walks of life who are navigating a wide range of challenges—from anxiety and life transitions to self-esteem, identity, relationship issues, and stress management. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply seeking a space to better understand yourself, I’m here to support you with compassion and curiosity.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and rooted in cultural humility. I draw from evidence-based models like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and mindfulness, while tailoring each session to fit your unique needs and goals. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your experiences openly and feel truly heard.
With a background in advocacy, community engagement, and mental health research, I bring a deep understanding of the systemic and personal barriers that impact emotional well-being. I believe healing isn’t linear—and you don’t have to go through it alone.
As a single mother, Bronx native, and first-generation college student, I understand how layered and complex healing can be. I bring cultural humility, lived experience, and a deep commitment to advocacy into every session. My clients appreciate that I “get it”—and that I show up authentically.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or tired of carrying it all alone, you don’t have to. Let’s work together to help you reconnect with your power, your peace, and your purpose.
